Purpose of Membership
Membership means commitment - us to you and you to us.

We are committed to encourage you to know Jesus Christ and to grow in your relationship with Him. We want to minister to you spiritually, emotionally and socially, to help you experience “family” and know that you belong to God’s visible, earthly family. In addition, we want to impart a vision as to what God can do in and through your life, and to equip, train, and coach you so we can help you experience and accomplish Kingdom work firsthand!

The congregation of Christian believers who have been admitted as members shall constitute a spiritual body, united for the spiritual purposes. Being led by the Holy Spirit to identify formally with Faith Bible Church, a believer should have the following purposes in mind:

- growing spiritually in the Lord. (Acts 2:42; Heb. 5:11-6:1,2)

- being used by God for mutual encouragement and the meeting of specific spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the body. (Acts 2:42-47; Rom. 1:12; Gal. 6:1,2; Heb. 10:23-25)

- being used by God to minister to others by developing and exercising God-given spiritual gifts under the spiritual watch care of the Lord's undershepherds, the elders. (Acts 20:28; I Cor. 12:4-7; Eph. 4:11-16)
